Classic bagel


  • 2 slice of ham, to taste (Black Forest ham)
  • 2 slices of cheese (emmenthal or Mozzarella)
  • 1 leaf of lettuce
  • 2 slices of tomato
  • Mayonnaise
  • Mustard, to taste


  1. Spread mustard on one side of your Bagelwich and mayonnaise on the other;
  2. Put the slices of cheese;
  3. Add the ham, the lettuce and the tomatoes.

Season with some salt and pepper on top of the tomatoes
