Bites with ham

Ingredients

  • 1 slice of ham (Black Forest ham)
  • 1 slice of emmenthal or mozzarella cheese
  • 1 leaf of lettuce
  • 1 slice of tomato
  • Mayonnaise
  • Mustard, to taste

Directions

  1. Spread mustard on one side and mayonnaise on the other side of your Bagelwich;
  2. Put the cheese slice and the lettuce leaf;
  3. Add the ham and then the tomato.

Season the tomato with salt and pepper, to taste

Pulled pork bites

Ingredients

(6-8 portions)

  • Buy pulled pork mix from the grocery, to taste

Directions

  1. Follow the instructions for cooking the pulled pork and spread he mix on your bites.

Add some BBQ sauce when cooking and add some cooking juice on both sides of your Bagelwich

Chicken bites

Ingredients

(6-8 portions)

  • 1 pack of 250g of chicken strips
  • 1 large zucchini
  • 1 carrot
  • 8-10 spinach leaves or bok choy
  • Olive oil
  • Salt and pepper

Directions

  1. Peel and cook the zucchini and carrots in one inch long by 1/8 inch large strips;
  2. In a hot pan add a tablespoon of olive oil and add the chicken strips;
  3. Cook while regularly stirring for 4 minutes, then season with salt and pepper, to taste;
  4. Add the carrots and zucchini and cover the pan for 4 minutes at medium heat;
  5. Put the spinach leaf or bok choy on your bites and add the mix.

When seasoning the mix, add some basil and Espelette pepper

Joe Beef bites everything meat

Ingredients

  • 1 slice of mortadella
  • 1 slice of Genoa salami
  • 1 slice of Parma ham
  • 1 slice of Friulano cheese
  • Mayonnaise
  • Mustard, to taste

Directions

  1. Add mayonnaise on one side and mustard to the other side of your bites;
  2. Add the slices of meat followed by the cheese.

Add a spicy pepper cut in half on top of the meat

Multigrain bites with spread

Ingredients

  • Humus
  • 1 red apple slice, cut in half
  • 1 leaf of roman lettuce cut in thirds

Directions

  1. On half of your bites, place the lettuce;
  2. Add a tablespoon of Humus on top of the lettuce;
  3. Put the 2 quarters of apple.

Season the Humus with paprika before placing the apples

Bruschetta bites sesame

Ingredients

(6-8 portions)

  • Buy in grocery a 250g bruschetta mix
  • Olive oil

Directions

  1. Add a drizzle of olive oil on one half of your bites;
  2. Spread about one tablespoon full of bruschetta mix on the bites.

Sprinkle some shredded Parmigiana cheese on top of the mix

Bites pizza

Ingredients

  • Pizza sauce
  • 1 pepperoni slice
  • Shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 small slices of jalapeno pepper

Directions

  1. Spread pizza sauce on one half of your bites;
  2. Add the pepperoni slice, followed by the cheese;
  3. Top the bites with the two slices of pepper;
  4. Put the bites pizzas in the oven at 450 F for 2 minutes.

Season the pizza sauce with some oregano, salt and pepper
