Good morning rolls
- 1 hardboiled egg
- 2 well-cooked asparaguses (cut ¼ inch from the bottom part)
- Mayonnaise, salt and pepper
- Sliced white cheese of your choice (emmental or cheddar)
- Crumble the hardboiled egg in a bowl with a fork;
- Cut the asparaguses in small bits and put them in the bowl;
- Add a tablespoon of mayonnaise and salt and pepper to taste;
- Mix it well;
- Put the slice of cheese on your rolls and spread the mix.
Add fine herbs of Provence to the mix.
