Good morning rolls


  • 1 hardboiled egg
  • 2 well-cooked asparaguses (cut ¼ inch from the bottom part)
  • Mayonnaise, salt and pepper
  • Sliced white cheese of your choice (emmental or cheddar)


  1. Crumble the hardboiled egg in a bowl with a fork;
  2. Cut the asparaguses in small bits and put them in the bowl;
  3. Add a tablespoon of mayonnaise and salt and pepper to taste;
  4. Mix it well;
  5. Put the slice of cheese on your rolls and spread the mix.

Chefs advice

Add fine herbs of Provence to the mix.
