Salsiccia rolls


(2 portions)

  • 2 mild Italian sausages
  • Red and green peppers
  • Diced onions
  • 1 leaf of roman lettuce
  • Strong mustard
  • Olive oil
  • Salt and pepper
  • Oregano


  1. Cut the sausage in half and cook in a pan with olive oil (flip it regularly);
  2. Add the onions and the peppers after ab out 2 minutes of cooking;
  3. Season with the salt, pepper and oregano after 5 minutes;
  4. Cover the pan for the rest of the cooking at medium-low heat;
  5. Spread the mustard on both sides of your rolls;
  6. Add the lettuce, the sausage and the mix.

Add some chilli flakes to the mix, to taste
