“Terre-de-feu” rolls

“Terre-de-feu” rolls

Ingredients

  • 4 slices of hot salami
  • 2 slices of Friulano cheese
  • 2 slices of tomato
  • 2 slices of onion rings
  • 1 leaf of roman lettuce
  • Strong mustard
  • Salt and pepper

Directions

  1. Spread the mustard on both sides of your rolls;
  2. Add the lettuce and salami;
  3. Top it with the onions, the cheese and the tomatoes;
  4. Season with the salt and pepper to taste.

Add a drizzle of spicy olive oil on the tomatoes
