Vegetarian rolls


  • Veggie pate (sold in groceries)
  • ½ cup of black olives
  • slices of tomato
  • 4 slices of emmenthal cheese
  • 2 leafs of roman lettuce
  • Dijonnaise (Dijon mustard with mayonnaise)
  • Salt and pepper


  1. Spread dijonnaise on both sides of your rolls;
  2. Add the lettuce;
  3. Place the veggie pate on the lettuce and spread it;
  4. Add the tomato slices and season with salt and pepper, to taste;
  5. Add the slices of cheese on top of the tomatoes.

Add hand chopped coriander on top of the veggie pate
